Students in the last comparative constitutional law class in Spring Semester 2016 had the opportunity to discuss the constitutional crisis in Poland with respect to Poland’s constitutional court. Once again the Court has reiterated that parts of the law on the constitutional court are unconstitutional but Parliament does not seem ruffled and has refused to publish the ruling, thereby making it ineffective.
