The 4th of December 2016 could be another test for the EU! Although the upcoming constitutional referendum in Italy is not about the EU, the stark public opinion for or against the proposed constitutional changes could end up being the beginning of a series of anti-EU protests. The blog post by Lorenzo Violini and Antonio Baraggia looks at the details of the referendum, which is not discussed much, since the whole referendum seems to be a more-or-less “for or against Renzi” action.
