On 12 February 2018, the Institute of Federalism (IFF), Fribourg signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National College Public Administration and Governance, Diliman, Philippines (NCPAG). The MoU foresees academic cooperation and exchange of knowledge in the area of federalism, decentralisation and local governance between the two institutions. The signatories are Prof. Maria Fe Villamejor-Mendoza, Dean NCPAG and Prof. Eva Maria Belser, IFF. Ms. Maria Theresa S.M. Lazaro, Minister and Consul General of the Embassy of the Philippines in Switzerland, Prof. Jocelyn C. Cuaresma, and Dr. Rekha Oleschak, IFF were present on the occasion. We look forward to a fruitful cooperation with NCPAG.
